Resident Involvement Strategy

The resident involvement strategy is Unity’s plan to ensure that the people who live in Unity properties are able to be properly involved and included in Unity’s decision making and service delivery.
We are seeking to improve how involved our customers are with Unity as an organisation, so our partnership as landlord and tenant is more equitable. It’s important that our tenants are empowered to challenge and change how we operate to help us be the best service we can be.

We are looking at coproducing our 2026 – 2029 Resident Involvement Strategy very soon. If you would like to add to this strategy from a resident’s point of view, please get in touch and let us know. We can make this happen in a way that is accessible to you and we can be flexible in how, where and who we communicate with.
