Your Tenancy Agreement
We want you to enjoy living in your home, but you also have rights and responsibilities as part of your tenancy.
Your tenancy agreement is a legal contract between you and us. It explains what we’ll do and what you need to do to keep your home safe and well-maintained.
You’ll have signed and received a copy of your tenancy agreement before moving in. Please keep it somewhere safe so you can refer to it if you have questions about your responsibilities.
