ESOL Classes (English for Speakers of Other Languages)

Our ESOL classes support Unity tenants and members of the local community to improve their English language skills, build confidence, and become more independent in everyday life.

Delivered in a friendly and supportive environment, the classes help learners develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Whether you are new to learning English or looking to improve your existing skills, our sessions are designed to meet a range of abilities and learning goals.

By attending ESOL classes, learners can:

Improve communication skills for everyday life
Increase confidence when accessing local services
Develop language skills for employment, training, and education
Meet new people and build connections within the community
Gain greater independence and participation in community life

Our aim is to help tenants and local residents overcome language barriers, access new opportunities, and feel more connected to their community.
