£Circa £60,000 + essential car allowance of £1,447 pa.

113-117 Chapeltown Road, Leeds – hybrid working 3 in office days per week

About you
Do you have a solid background in repairs and maintenance and are looking for a challenge? Then we want to hear from you! You will bring proven experience in both managing and developing teams as well as holding contractors to account. You will be confident in analysing and presenting financial and performance data, adept at working with information systems, and skilled with data management. About the role
You will lead and manage the Repairs and Maintenance function including a team of 4-6 colleagues who are, responsible for delivering all aspects of Unity’s property management services. This includes responsive repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance, disrepair litigation, void repairs, low level aids and adaptations and mould and damp in accordance with the organisation’s strategic direction.
