From 1 October, you’ll have access to a much wider range of information about our services and the impact they’re having.

We’ll be launching our STAIRs (Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements) publication scheme.

This will be a dedicated page on our website where you’ll be able to find information about our services, our performance and how we’re run.

You can find it on our website by searching for “Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements.”

Launching the publication scheme is just the first step towards being clearer with you about what we do; and how we’re doing.

From 1 April 2027, you’ll also be able to make a STAIRs information request, to ask us about anything that you can’t find through the publication scheme. We’ll share an update about how to make a request closer to April.
