Unity is led by Board Members who are responsible for the governance of the organisation. The Board sets our direction and goals. The Senior Management Team supports the board to deliver the goals.
The Unity Housing Association board are the parent board for the Unity Homes and Enterprise Group.
The Subsidiaries Unity Enterprise and Unity Housing Development Services each have a board.
The Association’s Rules allow up to 13 members on its board and up to one third of the Board may be tenants. In addition, the Board may co-opt up to 5 persons. The Board currently meets on a quarterly cycle and is supported by a further cycle of committee meetings which address specific areas of the business.
