Shereen is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
She has considerable experience working in HR and OD in a variety of organisations including Universities, Local Authorities and NHS Trusts including spending two years at an NHS Trust as their Head of Employee Relations.
Shereen has a primary HR degree from Aston University, a Masters in Human Resource Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management.
She is also a qualified mediator and an independent Board Member for the Drive Project.
