Fancy going undercover?

31 Jul 2008 - Mystery shopping is a powerful way of looking at services from the point of view of the customer.

We've teamed up with Leeds Tenants Federated to use mystery shoppers from housing associations and ALMOs across the city. They pose as customers and carry out agreed tasks, then report back on how good their experience was.

It's a fun way of working as part of a team, with all expenses paid, and you get to pick the assignments you want. From talking to other tenants or mystery shopping their landlords, you get to find out how other people do things. You can then suggest changes to Unity staff.
