If you find it hard to speak to us during our opening hours (eg. Because you work), talk to us about it – we will always try to be flexible.

Unity has two housing officers who are responsible for our rented properties. They are each supported by a housing assistant and deal with the following issues on their patch.

Estate inspections at least every two months
Rent arrears
Lettings
Anti-social behaviour
People not keeping to their tenancy agreement
