To help achieve Unity's aims over the next year, we're creating four teams to look at specific issues. We're offering tenants the chance to take part too, all expenses paid. Which issue interests you?

Black & Minority Elders: Looking at the Housing and care needs of Black & Minority Ethnic older peopple and seeing how Unity can help. Repairs & Maintenenace: Producing a new asset management strategy, a plan that says what we're going to replace and update in the future to keep our homes and estates in good condition Estate Improvment plans: What we're going to do to the environment of our estates over the next three years to make poeple proud to live there Unity's Eqaulity and Diversity Strategy
