New Cash Machine in Chapeltown

4 Aug 2009 - Residents and business in Chapeltown have now got access to free cash machine facilities

The new cash machine is right next to our offices on Chapeltown Road, and importantly allows the free withdrawal of funds for those using it.

It was officially opened by MP Fabian Hamilton at a ceremony attended by local councillors and the staff at Unity who have worked for a long time to get the cash machine installed for the residents of Chapeltown.

Councillor Jane Dowson (Lab, Chapel Allerton) said: "We are absolutely delighted that residents will finally have access to a cash machine in Chapeltown. This has been in the offering for several years now but thanks to the tireless dedication of Phil Barnes and Ali Akbor at Unity, we have finally suceeded in getting the cash point installed"
